Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common rooms, kitchens, and washrooms to ensure all spaces are hygienic and inviting.
- Sweep and mop floors, removing dirt and debris to maintain a clean appearance throughout the facility.
- Clean windows and keep blinds dust free, ensuring all glass surfaces are streak free and clear.
- Take out and properly dispose of garbage, following established waste management procedures.
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
- Monitor and report any repairs or required replacements to ensure the facility remains in good condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning products appropriately to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods is required. WHMIS Certification is an asset. Candidates must have physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend as needed throughout the shift. The ability to lift, push, and pull loads of approximately 30 pounds is required. Candidates must be able to pass a Canadian Background Check. Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are essential.

This full time position offers a competitive hourly wage of CAD 20.31. The shift is Monday to Friday from 4:00 pm to 12:00 pm, providing consistent evening hours.
