Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms daily to the expected five star standard, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and dusting surfaces
- Restock all room amenities such as towels, toiletries, and tea and coffee supplies after each guest departure
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the housekeeping supervisor immediately
- Work efficiently under pressure during busy check out and check in periods while maintaining quality
- Coordinate various tasks simultaneously, such as stripping beds, vacuuming floors, and polishing mirrors
- Follow all health and safety procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
