Key Responsibilities
- Pull and assemble customer orders with accuracy, checking outbound shipments to ensure completeness before they leave the warehouse
- Perform receiving duties including unloading inbound material, processing shipments, stocking products, and handling customer returns
- Operate forklift equipment daily to move, store, and replenish materials, following all safety protocols and company procedures
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory stock checks to maintain accurate records and support efficient operations
- Maintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping, removing trash, and keeping restrooms and general office areas tidy
- Assist customers at the counter when needed, preparing sales slips and providing helpful service
- Report any damaged shipments, unsafe conditions, or accidents to management promptly, contributing to a safe work environment
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required, along with certification as a forklift operator. Three or more years of previous warehouse experience is preferred. You should possess basic math skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer service oriented approach. Fluency in English and a keen attention to detail are essential, as is a strong commitment to safety. Physical requirements include standing, walking, using hands, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching throughout the shift. This full time role offers an expected base pay range of $37,000 to $46,000 per year, with final compensation determined based on experience, location, and other job related factors.
