Key Responsibilities
You will perform the following tasks as a Waiter or Waitress
Provide warm, courteous, and elegant service throughout the guest journey
Set and reset tables with precision according to standard operating procedures
Confidently explain food, beverage, and retail items, including ingredients and allergens
Take guest orders efficiently and accurately using the POS system
Deliver food and beverages with finesse, ensuring proper timing and presentation
Monitor tables proactively to anticipate guest needs such as refills or extra napkins
Handle complaints or special requests with urgency and empathy
Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and teammates
Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training sessions
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of front of house areas
Follow all hygiene and food safety regulations without exception
Support opening and closing duties as assigned
Handle guest payments and billing with accuracy and discretion
Qualifications
No degree is required for this role. Prior F&B service experience is preferred but not mandatory because full training is provided. You must display warm and genuine hospitality. Impeccable grooming and personal presentation are essential. Attention to detail and product knowledge are highly valued. A can do attitude and a positive approach toward change and training are expected. You need initiative and the ability to multitask under pressure. High standards of hygiene and professionalism are a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Professional demeanour and appearance must represent the brand at all times. Willingness to support the broader team across duties is also important.

A monthly salary between SGD 2,800 and SGD 3,500 is offered, depending on experience. Full time employment provides stable income.
