About the Position
This is a full-time, onsite position offering a monthly salary range of SGD 1,500 to SGD 2,000, based on experience. The role is central to our daily operations, focusing on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and providing basic pantry support. No specific degree is required we value diligence, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic above all.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for the overall tidiness and hygiene of our office, ensuring a pleasant environment for everyone.
- Carry out all general office cleaning duties, including thorough dusting of furniture, mopping of hard floors, and vacuuming of carpets.
- Deep clean and sanitize key shared spaces daily, particularly the pantry, restrooms, and common areas.
- Manage office waste by emptying all trash bins and ensuring proper disposal procedures are followed.
- Monitor and restock essential supplies in restrooms and the pantry, such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and coffee.
- Maintain a consistently clean, hygienic, and well-organized office layout.
- Assist in pantry duties, which includes preparing coffee, tea, and other simple beverages for staff and visitors as requested.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
The right candidate is proactive, trustworthy, and has an eye for detail.
- Prior experience in office cleaning, housekeeping, or a similar role is an advantage.
- A strong understanding of proper sanitation and hygienic cleaning practices.
- Good physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and moving through the office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing your time effectively to complete all tasks.
