About the Role
In this position, you will be a key part of our service team, working directly with builders and construction companies to deliver final clean and presentation services for new residential builds. Your work is the final step in the construction process, ensuring every home is spotless and impressively presented for handover or open home viewings. This is a hands-on role where your reliability and high standards are crucial to our reputation.
Your Key Responsibilities
You’ll be entrusted with the important task of making each new home shine.
- Perform thorough, detailed cleaning of entire new homes, including all rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, windows, fixtures, and fittings.
- Ensure all surfaces are free of dust, debris, and construction residues, paying close attention to often-missed areas like light fixtures, tops of cabinets, and inside appliances.
- Prepare and present show homes to an impeccable standard for weekend open homes and client viewings.
- Work efficiently and unsupervised, managing your time to complete each job to our high specifications.
- Conduct a final walk-through to guarantee every detail meets our quality standards before the client arrives.
What We’re Looking For

- An exceptionally keen eye for detail and a fastidious approach to cleaning.
- Proven reliability and the ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
- Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence for travel between job sites in the Bay of Plenty.
- Flexibility to work during school holidays, after school hours, and on some weekends as required for show home preparation.
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
- The ability to pass any required security checks, as may be undertaken for certain job sites.
