Key Responsibilities
As a Hotel Cleaner, you will be essential to our daily operations, ensuring our public spaces are impeccable. Your duties will include:
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising all assigned public areas, including lobbies, corridors, guest restrooms, and lifts.
- Performing regular tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and dusting furniture and fixtures.
- Ensuring all public area supplies, such as toilet tissue, hand soap, and hand sanitiser, are fully stocked and replenished.
- Emptying rubbish bins promptly and maintaining a tidy appearance throughout the hotel at all times.
- Following established cleaning and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to your supervisor.
- Providing polite and helpful assistance to any guests who approach you with questions.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are reliable and have a positive attitude. The requirements are:
- Must be legally able to live and work in Singapore. For male candidates, hostel accommodation is provided. Female candidates will need to arrange their own rental accommodation in Singapore.
- A hardworking, responsible, and punctual nature is essential.
- A strong team spirit and the ability to work cooperatively with colleagues.
- A good learning attitude and willingness to be trained in hotel cleaning standards and procedures.
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties during 12-hour shifts, which involve standing, bending, and lifting.
