Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the healthcare security team, your presence and professionalism will be key. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitoring entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to control access and maintain a high level of situational awareness.
• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting staff and visitors, answering questions, and offering clear directions.
• Responding calmly and effectively to incidents and emergencies, following established protocols to ensure safety.
• Documenting all security-related activities, observations, and incidents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Enforcing site-specific policies and procedures to support a safe and secure healing environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for responsible and professional individuals with the following:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• An armed guard card or license is required for this role. (Note: This appears to be a listing discrepancy; this role is specified as Unarmed. Candidates are encouraged to confirm specific licensing requirements).
• CPR, First Aid, Pepper Spray, Handcuff, and Baton certifications are preferred assets.
