Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring our client’s facility is maintained to a professional standard. Your key duties will include:
- Performing a variety of cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
- Cleaning and sanitising restrooms and replenishing supplies.
- Removing rubbish and performing general cleaning duties as required.
- Working efficiently to complete all tasks within the allocated hours.
- Following instructions carefully and adhering to all site-specific procedures.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following essential criteria:
- Must be well-presented, proactive, and possess excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A high attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice background check.
- Must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
- Must have own reliable transport to get to work in Hamilton.
- Must be available to work during school Term Breaks (this is a requirement).
- Availability: Monday to Friday, starting at 4:30 PM for a total of 8-10 hours per week.
- Experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
