Key Responsibilities
Your duties will vary based on your assigned role, ensuring our sites are clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks for assigned areas, which may include outdoor spaces, indoor facilities, residential blocks, clubhouses, or general compounds.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals safely and effectively to complete all jobs to a high standard.
- Empty trash bins, clean and sanitize restrooms, wipe down surfaces, sweep, mop, and vacuum as required by the specific site.
- As a Supervisor, you will oversee a team of cleaners, assign duties, inspect work quality, and provide on-the-job guidance and support.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs promptly to the appropriate manager.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and schedules, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications

- No prior experience is strictly required for Cleaner positions; comprehensive training will be provided for motivated individuals.
- For the Supervisor role, at least 1-2 years of relevant cleaning experience and demonstrated leadership ability are preferred.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully to ensure safety and quality.
