Key Responsibilities
As the Painting Production Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in ensuring operations run smoothly and customers are delighted with their experience.
- Coordinate field operations with paint crews, evaluating production quality to ensure every job meets CertaPro’s high standards.
- Provide extraordinary customer service, checking in with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
- Assist in preparing and managing residential and commercial estimates using the CertaPro Painters estimating system.
- Coordinate with paint vendors to ensure the correct products are being used in the field and that stores are stocked appropriately.
- Support various assignments directed by the Owner, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold the company’s core values in every interaction.
Qualifications
CertaPro is looking for someone with a customer-focused mindset, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting the business.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of work experience, preferably in the home improvement industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Proof of a clean Driver’s License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Effective communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends when required.
Preferred (But Not Essential):
- Experience in residential and commercial sales.
- Background in field operations within the home improvement or painting industry.
