About the Opportunity
We’re recruiting for Cleaning Staff positions islandwide, placing candidates in commercial, office, and residential settings. Whether you’re experienced or new to the field, we’ll support you with training and connect you with employers who value your contribution. With Manpower Advisors, you’ll work with a specialist recruitment consultancy dedicated to helping you find the right fit.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform restroom cleaning in commercial, office, and residential settings.
- Complete cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors, and vacuuming.
- Coordinate duties with other cleaners to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform maintenance activities related to cleaning, ensuring bathrooms are sanitary at all times.
- Work 5.5 or 6 days per week depending on assignment.
- Respond to incidents and maintain schedule while multitasking effectively.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary Range: $1,600 – $3,200 (depending on experience and assignment)
- AWS (13th Month Bonus): Yes
- Variable Bonus: Depending on individual and company performance
