About the Role
We’re looking for candidates who are highly skilled and experienced in all aspects of metal fabrication—welders and sheet metal workers—who have a proven track record of producing high-quality custom projects with impeccable attention to detail.
Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to design and fabricate custom metal projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Use a variety of tools and machinery to bring designs to life.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality at every stage.
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment.
About You
We’re looking for someone with the right skills, experience, and attitude:
- Proven track record of designing and fabricating high-quality custom metal projects.
- Excellent finishing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Proficient in MIG and TIG welding.
- Expert knowledge of various metals and their properties.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
