We’re looking for House Cleaning Technicians to join our team. If you take pride in walking into a space and leaving it spotless, this could be a great fit. You’ll be cleaning homes, apartments, and small offices vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and making sure every surface shines. This is physical work, but it’s also satisfying work. You’ll see the results of your effort at the end of every job. We pay well, we respect our people, and we offer a schedule that actually lets you have a life outside of work.
Who We Are
We’re a cleaning company that believes happy employees do better work. That’s not just a slogan it’s how we run things. We understand what it takes to be a good cleaning technician because we’ve been there. That’s why we pay fairly, keep weekends and nights off, and make sure you’re trained properly before you’re sent out on your own. We’re looking for people who want to stick around, grow with us, and take pride in what they do. If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning homes and small offices: You’ll handle vacuuming, dusting, mopping, washing surfaces, and sanitizing all areas of each client’s space. Every job is a chance to make someone’s day better.
- Working mostly solo: Most cleaning jobs are performed by one technician. You’ll have your own car, carry your supplies, and head directly to customer locations from home or our office.
- Teaming up for bigger jobs: When a larger home or office needs extra hands, you’ll be assigned to a team. It’s a good chance to work with others and knock out bigger spaces efficiently.
- Using a scheduling app: You’ll check your daily schedule right on your phone. No confusion, no showing up at the wrong place just clear, simple directions.
- Standing and moving for most of the day: This is physical work. You’ll be on your feet for 6-8 hours, moving through rooms and getting things done.
What We’re Looking For
- Over 21 years of age.
- Free of drugs and felonies we run checks, and we need people we can trust in clients’ homes.
- Authorized to work in the US with citizenship, residency, or a valid work permit.
- Your own vehicle with valid car insurance and a driver’s license. You’ll need it to carry supplies and get to job sites.
- A smartphone to use our scheduling app and stay connected.
- Verifiable work history and references, preferably 1 year or more. We want to know you’ve shown up for work before and done it well.
- An excellent attitude and strong work ethic. Skill can be taught. Attitude is something you bring with you.
- Comfort with physical labor and standing for long hours. If you’re used to being on your feet and moving all day, you’ll do fine here.
What You’ll Get
- Average pay of $16-$22 per hour, which works out to about $650-$900 per week, plus tips.
- You keep 100% of your tips every dollar goes in your pocket.
- Weekends and nights off. We believe in work-life balance, so you’ll have your evenings and weekends free.
- Your birthday paid. A small perk, but it’s nice to be recognized.
- Paid training at $12-$14 per hour. You’ll learn the ropes and get paid while you do it. No experience is required to start.
- Paid vacation: One week after 12 months of consecutive employment, and two weeks after 3 years.
- Six national holidays off with pay. Family time matters.
- Weekly direct deposit to your bank account. You’ll see your payment and pay stubs through our digital payroll system.
- Job security. Cleaning is essential work. People will always need their homes and offices cleaned, no matter what’s happening in the economy.
A Few Things to Know Before You Apply
- You must have your own car. We don’t provide vehicles, and you’ll need to carry cleaning supplies to each job.
- Most work is solo, but you’ll team up for larger jobs. If you prefer working independently, you’ll enjoy the setup.
- The scheduling app makes things simple you’ll know exactly where to go and when.
- This is physical work. If you’re not used to being on your feet and moving all day, it might take some adjustment. But if you’re ready for it, the pay and schedule make it worth the effort.
