Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and deliver orders accurately to residential and commercial customers
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients
- Assist with warehouse operations including sorting and packing as needed
- Handle parcels up to 25kg and ensure fragile items are delivered safely
- Follow delivery schedules while maintaining safety and efficiency
- Support weekend and flexible shifts according to business needs
Qualifications
- Clean and valid Class 1 full driver license
- Previous experience in freight or food delivery preferred
- Knowledge of South Auckland and Franklin areas is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Physically fit to lift and handle parcels safely
- Eligible to work in New Zealand (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work visa)
