Pacific Tourways is looking for full-time permanent Class 4 Coach Drivers based in Queenstown. In this role, you will operate scenic day trips across the South Island, visiting locations such as Piopiotahi/Milford Sound, Wanaka, and Tekapo, while providing commentary about the regions for passengers. The role combines professional driving with excellent customer service, as you will be responsible for ensuring passengers enjoy a safe, comfortable, and informative journey. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, personable, and able to work flexible schedules across a seven-day roster.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Class 4 coaches safely across scheduled routes and scenic day trips
- Provide engaging and informative commentary to passengers about the regions visited
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and professionalism
- Monitor passenger safety and ensure compliance with all transport regulations
- Support colleagues and contribute to a high-performing team environment
- Assist with minor on-board or vehicle issues when required
- Work according to a flexible roster, which may include weekends and public holidays
Qualifications
- Valid Class 4 driver licence and current or obtainable P endorsement
- High standard of personal presentation and professional conduct
- Strong communication skills and a desire to provide excellent customer service
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or within a team
- Eligible to work in New Zealand (Citizen, Resident, or Hold a valid Work Visa)
