Key Responsibilities
- Operate fork-hoist and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move freight
- Assist with inbound and outbound freight handling, ensuring accuracy and safety
- Support local deliveries and pickups within the greater Christchurch area
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Follow health and safety procedures and display a commitment to workplace safety
- Complete logistical administration tasks related to freight and warehouse operations
- Work efficiently as part of a team while meeting daily operational goals
Qualifications
- Clean full Class 1 Driver Licence
- Current Fork-hoist Operator and Dangerous Goods (DG) certification
- Experience in inbound and outbound freight handling preferred
- Knowledge of Christchurch geography and transport routes
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and good attendance record
- Physically fit to perform warehouse and delivery duties
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Eligible to live and work in New Zealand
