Butch NZ is looking for a reliable Class 2 Driver to join their Henderson-based delivery team. In this role, you will deliver cartons of pet food to retail stores, covering distances up to 150km per day. The position involves hand-delivering and unloading cartons weighing 12kg to 16kg, with up to 400 cartons per day. Ideal candidates are physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work independently while maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pet food cartons to retail stores, covering up to 150km from Henderson
- Hand-unload up to 400 cartons per day, each weighing 12kg to 16kg
- Complete one daily delivery run to approximately 20 customers
- Work independently while managing time effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of delivery vehicle
- Start deliveries between 4:30am and 6:30am, Monday to Friday
- Ensure safe handling and accurate delivery of all products
Qualifications
- Clean driving record
- Valid Class 2 Driver’s Licence
- Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and prolonged manual work
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Punctual and reliable, with strong time-management skills
- Knowledge of Henderson and surrounding delivery routes is an advantage
