Key Responsibilities

  • Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical components
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, battery replacement, and tire installations
  • Install and maintain shock absorbers and check electrical systems to ensure vehicle safety and performance
  • Conduct road tests to verify repairs and ensure vehicles meet quality standards
  • Support team members by learning and assisting in daily shop operations
  • Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
  • Engage with customers professionally to provide advice and explain service outcomes

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks and develop technical automotive skills
  • Valid automobile driver’s license required with the ability to drive customer and company vehicles
  • Reading, writing, and math skills to follow instructions and perform calculations
  • Previous experience in automotive service is preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Flexibility to work full or part-time schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
