Key Responsibilities
You will be the operational lead, ensuring seamless and efficient cleaning services across all assigned contracts.
- Supervise, lead, and coordinate a team of 22 cleaners, providing daily direction, training, support, and performance management.
- Plan, create, and maintain detailed deployment schedules to ensure optimal coverage across all client sites.
- Manage daily attendance, arrange for replacements at short notice, and handle all timesheet and payroll coordination.
- Professionally manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring swift resolution and service recovery.
- Oversee inventory management, including the ordering and distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Transport cleaners to various job sites as required and manage logistics.
Qualifications
This senior role requires a proven leader with specific experience and skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within cleaning operations or a related facility services field.
- Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and respond quickly to emergencies, staffing issues, or schedule changes.
- A valid driver’s licence is required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse team and clientele.
- Proficient in basic IT systems for scheduling and reporting.
