Tradeflex is seeking highly motivated and experienced commercial and school cleaners across various shifts full-time, part-time, and casual opportunities are available. The hourly rate ranges from $25 to $36, with all wages and entitlements pursuant to the Cleaning Services Award 2020. What You Will Be Doing
- You will perform cleaning duties at Tradeflex’s prominent commercial and school sites.
- Your tasks will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning desks, removing rubbish, and other duties as directed.
- You will follow instructions given by the Site/Area Manager or Site Supervisor.
- You will complete required tasks to Company standards, maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
- You will identify and report any incidents or accidents in the workplace.
- You will work in a safe manner as designated in workplace procedures.
- You will identify and record any problems relating to product, process, quality, environment, and OH and S policy.
- You will identify and raise safety concerns through your supervisor or manager.
- You will use your smartphone to clock in and out for shifts.
What You Will Need
- Valid work rights in Australia.
- Proven ability to manage and complete jobs in a set period with limited supervision.
- A high work ethic.
- Excellent English speaking and reading skills.
- A can-do and positive attitude.
- A smartphone for clocking in and out.
- A current Working with Children Check (for school sites).
- A police check may be required depending on the work site.
