Key Responsibilities
- Lead roofing projects with 5+ years of concrete roofing expertise, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Work collaboratively with a team of experienced roofers and apprentices.
- Complete roofing work within deadlines, managing time effectively.
- Problem-solve on site, addressing challenges as they arise.
- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, following all protocols.
- Represent Edwards and Hardy professionally on site.
- Mentor and support apprentice roofers, sharing your knowledge and experience.
- Adapt to different roofing forms as needed (beneficial but not essential).
- Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Contribute to a positive, team-based work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years concrete roofing experience required as this is a leading role.
- Full manual driver’s license essential.
- Clean criminal history required (a clean criminal history check is a requirement of this role).
- Passion for the roofing industry and commitment to quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
- Ability to complete work within deadlines.
- Experience with other forms of roofing is beneficial but not essential.
- Qualifications are not a requirement experience is what matters.
