Key Responsibilities
As part of our on-site electrical team, you will be engaged in a range of critical installation and upgrade tasks. Your duties will include:
- Installing new electrical cabling, containment (conduit, tray), and complete electrical systems.
- Upgrading and wiring motors, isolators, and control boards.
- Working on pump systems and new plant installations.
- Performing terminations, glanding, and instrumentation wiring.
- Completing work reports and assisting with planning.
- Contributing as a team player, assisting with general site duties as required to keep the project moving forward.
Qualifications
This role has non-negotiable requirements for site access and safety. You must possess:
- A current, unrestricted Queensland Electrical Licence (Essential).
- A valid White Card, LVR-CPR, and First Aid certificate.
- Proven experience on industrial construction sites.
- The ability and willingness to undergo a full pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
- Must be living in Queensland (Point of Hire).
- Your own reliable basic hand tools.
- A current driver’s licence.
- Working at Heights and EEHA (Hazardous Area) certifications are highly advantageous.
- Must be available for an immediate start.
