Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations Manager and team including compliance documentation, KPI tracking, training records, and onboarding coordination.
- Manage the return to work process, including coordinating doctor visits and supporting injury management to ensure employees receive appropriate care and support.
- Work closely with recruitment and labour hire providers, coordinating contractor requirements and ensuring seamless integration with the operations team.
- Develop and complete reports in a timely manner to support the Operations Manager and team with accurate and actionable information.
- Identify improvements to systems and processes, assisting with database management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the Continuous Improvement program, contributing to initiatives that drive better outcomes for the team and the business.
- Attend Operations leadership meetings, providing valuable input and staying aligned with team priorities and goals.
Qualifications
Candidates must be self motivated with the ability to quickly adapt and coordinate multiple priorities at any given time. Effective relationship management and influencing capability are essential. A strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently is required. Previous experience managing return to work plans for employees is essential. High attention to detail and the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously are important. Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge and the ability to learn new systems are required. A growth mindset of continuous learning and improvement for yourself and the team is essential.
