About the Role and Circle K
As a Customer Service Representative at Circle K, you are the face of our store. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for every customer, from friendly conversations at the register to maintaining a clean, welcoming store. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You’ll handle a variety of tasks that keep our store running smoothly and our customers happy.
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service at the cash register, processing transactions accurately.
- Greet customers, answer questions, and make helpful suggestions for purchases.
- Assist with our food service program (e.g., coffee, fountain drinks, prepared foods).
- Work around the store to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, both inside and out.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and rotate inventory as needed.
