Key Responsibilities
As the TikTok Associate, you will own key aspects of our presence across multiple markets. Your core responsibilities include:
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on TikTok content and shop performance. You’ll use data from TikTok Analytics and third-party tools to provide weekly-monthly insights and recommend strategy optimizations to boost engagement and conversions.
- Proactively identifying, recruiting, and managing a global network of TikTok creators and affiliates. You’ll coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables, track affiliate sales performance, and nurture relationships via TikTok’s affiliate tools and platforms like Discord.
- Managing our TikTok Shop presence across international markets. This includes optimizing product listings, pricing, tags, and promotions, and coordinating with creators to develop high-converting product content.
- Supporting the planning and execution of the TikTok content calendar. You’ll stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes, and work closely with internal marketing, design, and e-commerce teams (like Shopify and Amazon) to ensure seamless campaign rollouts and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in TikTok content management, influencer coordination, or social e-commerce.
- Proven familiarity with TikTok Shop and international e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon).
- A deep, practical understanding of TikTok trends, content best practices, and native platform tools (Creator Marketplace, Ads Manager, affiliate tools).
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and present clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills, with experience working with global or remote partners.
- Outstanding time management and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
