Key Responsibilities
- Support cleaning needs across multiple departments, including kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools such as dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, linen washers, and dryers.
- Transport dishware, linens, and other supplies throughout the hotel, ensuring timely delivery to support operations.
- Prepare clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests, contributing to a seamless dining experience.
- Follow all safety and security procedures, reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the manager.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to quality standards, ensuring uniform and personal grooming are in line with brand expectations.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments, supporting the team to reach common goals.
- Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees, fostering a collaborative work environment.
