Key Responsibilities

  • Carefully inspect and receive incoming shipments, checking quantities against paperwork to ensure everything matches.

  • Assist in managing physical inventory by performing regular cycle counts to keep stock records accurate.

  • Coordinate with local transport providers to schedule pickups and ensure timely deliveries to customers.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you need at least one year of relevant experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. You should be comfortable using basic warehouse equipment like hand pallets and stackers training is available, but familiarity is a plus. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is required for handling simple documentation. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player who is diligent and takes responsibility for their tasks. Importantly, you must be willing to work overtime, including on holidays and weekends, when the workload demands it.

Benefits and Perks

The role offers a monthly salary of S$2,200, with overtime pay provided for any extra hours worked beyond the regular schedule. You will be based in a convenient Paya Lebar location for five days a week, from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
