Warehouse Assoc Needed In Singapore

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our production warehouse in Singapore. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks ranging from receiving raw materials to packing finished goods for shipment. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound shipment packing for forwarder collection, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
  • Conduct regular stock counting and maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse
  • Put away raw materials and parts into designated locations, completing system transactions in the ERP within required timeframes
  • Issue and replenish parts to the Production Supply Area, keeping inventory levels accurate and accessible
  • Receive and count incoming raw materials, updating the ERP system within 24 hours of supplier acceptance
  • Handle materials with attention to lot control and serial control requirements when applicable
  • Operate motorized and non-motorized warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Qualifications

Ideally, you possess a minimum ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level or ITE education with at least one year of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred, as is experience operating warehouse equipment. Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills are needed. You should be able to read and follow written instructions in English. The role involves lifting items up to 15 lbs, as well as standing and walking for extended periods.
