Key Responsibilities
You’ll play a key role in keeping the daily workflow moving smoothly, both on the road and in the warehouse.
- Safely operate an automatic LR truck to deliver products and materials to customer sites and job locations across the local area
- Load your vehicle each morning using a forklift, ensuring everything is secured correctly for transport
- Unload incoming stock and materials efficiently, operating the forklift to move product to designated warehouse areas
- Assist the wider warehouse team with general duties, including picking orders, packing, and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
- Perform manual handling tasks throughout the day, including lifting and carrying items up to 20kg
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive, hazard-aware culture
Qualifications
We’re looking for a licenced, experienced, and reliable operator ready to hit the ground running.
You must have:
- A current and valid LR (Light Rigid) driver’s licence, with confidence driving an automatic truck
- A current LF Forklift licence and solid experience operating a counterbalance forklift
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, or delivery driving role
- A strong focus on safety, both on the road and in the warehouse environment
- Reliability, punctuality, and a genuine willingness to be a contributing team member
