Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive demeanor, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Prepare and serve quality food items according to Wendy’s recipes and standards, maintaining consistency and freshness.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, processing payments and providing correct change.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of guests and team members.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Stock and restock supplies as needed to maintain adequate inventory levels.

Qualifications
A people first mentality and positive demeanor are essential to delight guests. No prior restaurant experience is required as training will be provided. Candidates must be at least 16 years of age. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are important. A commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork is essential. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

This full time and part time position offers competitive compensation with Crew Members starting at minimum wage up to USD 16.13 per hour depending on location and experience.
