Physio Clinicians Limited is a clinician-led Allied Health group in Canterbury, building something different: an operation that treats clinicians like partners. We know that the best clinical work happens when you are supported and trusted to manage your own day. We are rejecting the “churn and burn” culture to focus on a model where quality care and clinician wellbeing go hand in hand. We want to have an excellent registered hand therapist work with us in either our Christchurch Central or Rolleston Clinic. In this role, you will think like an owner (and be rewarded like one), communicating closely with surgeons and referrers and building a reputation of excellence. Opportunities for hybrid hand therapy and community role are available if variety is preferable getting out of the clinic room. Choose your own hours and days in this high-trust, zero-micromanagement environment.
