You will be responsible for installing lateral drains, catch drains, sand slit drainage, and soak pits, operating machinery such as trenchers and excavators, and assisting with turf reinstatement after drainage works. Key Responsibilities
- Install drainage systems for sports fields and golf courses, ensuring effective water management.
- Construct lateral drains, catch drains, sand slit drainage, and soak pits according to specifications.
- Operate machinery such as trenchers and excavators safely and efficiently.
- Work with natural falls and site levels to achieve proper drainage flow.
- Assist with turf reinstatement after drainage works, restoring playing surfaces.
- Follow health and safety requirements on every site, maintaining a safe work environment.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience installing drainage in sports fields or golf courses required.

- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working with a strong work ethic.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Full NZ driver licence preferred.
