Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, masking, and caulking to ensure a smooth, clean finish.
- Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Keep your worksite clean and organized throughout the day—pride in your space shows in your work.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to protect yourself, your teammates, and the client’s property.
- Deliver quality results with a sharp eye for detail, whether you’re working indoors or outdoors.
- Show up on time, ready to work, and be part of a team that supports each other.
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience level can range from 0 to 10+ years we welcome all who are willing to learn and work hard.
- Must submit a resume or work history showing related experience in painting, construction, general labor, or the trades.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong work ethic and a professional attitude when interacting with clients and teammates.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, in various conditions.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for jobs in and around Riverside.
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to Riverside, CA 92505 before starting work.
Preferred:
- Shift availability for day, night, or overnight shifts (as needed).
