Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks, holes, or imperfections.

- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper, fabric, or other decorative materials to walls and surfaces.
- Advise clients on color selection and wall covering options to achieve their desired results.
- Erect scaffolding, swing stages, and attach rigging to safely access work areas at heights.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces following quality standards.
- Estimate material needs and project costs to support efficient planning and execution.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety guidelines on-site.
Qualifications
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent required.
- One to two years of experience in painting, decorating, or surface finishing.
- Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and proper application techniques.
- Ability to repair surfaces, prepare walls, and work with decorative finishes such as wallpaper or fabric.
- Familiarity with scaffolding, swing stages, and safety rigging procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
