Key Responsibilities
You will be the driving force behind our daily success, with a wide range of duties including:
- Planning, organizing, and evaluating all daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Training, coaching, and mentoring staff to deliver excellent customer service and follow operational procedures.
- Developing the services we offer and implementing clear, effective systems for the team to follow.
- Managing financial duties such as balancing cash, completing reports, and costing products and services.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory levels and negotiating supply agreements with vendors.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Addressing customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Providing direct, attentive customer service and leading by example on the floor.
Qualifications
The ideal leader for our team will possess:
- A Secondary School Graduation Certificate or equivalent management experience.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in an operations management or supervisory role, preferably in food service or retail.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cash handling, reporting, and inventory cost control.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a genuine talent for training and developing staff.
- A deep commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and creating a supportive work environment for all.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is essential.
