Welders – Boilermakers – Robotic Welders Required In Australia

We’re currently looking for experienced Fabricators and Robotic Welding Operators to join our team in a modern, state-of-the-art facility. This is your chance to work with all new welding machinery in a clean, well-equipped workshop. You’ll be fabricating and welding heavy industrial components and attachments, primarily using MIG welding processes. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship and want secure, ongoing work, this could be the right fit.

Who We Are

We’re a team that values skill, reliability, and pride in the work. Our facility is brand new state-of-the-art with all the latest welding equipment and machinery. We’re not running a cramped, outdated workshop where you’re fighting with old gear. We’ve invested in the tools, and we’re looking for people who know how to use them. If you’re tired of working with equipment that’s held together with hope, you’ll appreciate what we’ve built here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Fabricating heavy industrial components: You’ll work on attachments and components that actually matter, using your skills to produce quality results.
  • MIG welding: You’ll primarily use MIG processes, laying down welds you can be proud of.
  • Robotic welding operation (if that’s your background): You’ll oversee and monitor robotic welding processes during operation, making sure everything runs smoothly and quality stays high.
  • Working with all new machinery: Every welder and piece of equipment in this facility is brand new—no fighting with worn-out gear.

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant welding skills and solid hands-on experience you know your way around MIG welding and fabrication.
  • Robotic welding or operator experience is highly regarded. If you’ve worked with automated systems before, that’s a strong advantage.
  • Ability to oversee and monitor robotic welding processes during operation, catching issues before they become problems.
  • Strong MIG welding experience this is the core of the work.
  • Experience in heavy fabrication or structural welding is preferred but not required. If you’ve done it before, that’s great. If not, we’ll consider strong general welding skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling this is active work, and you need to be able to handle it.

What You’ll Get

  • Work in a state-of-the-art facility with all new welders and machinery. No outdated equipment, no constant breakdowns.
  • Great overtime available when you want to boost your earnings.
  • Casual rate on full-time hours consistent work with the flexibility of casual employment.
  • Opportunity to move to full-time for the right person who shows up and does the work.
  • Secure, ongoing work in a modern environment that actually respects your skills.

A Quick Note on the Process

All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a weld test as part of the interview process. We want to see your skills in action, not just read about them on a resume.
