We’re looking for experienced Boilermakers and Welders to join our workshop team in Canning Vale. This is steady, workshop-based fabrication work structural steel, custom builds, and modifications. What You’ll Be Doing
- Structural steel fabrication: You’ll work on a variety of structural projects, from frames and supports to custom components.
- Custom builds and modifications: Every job is a bit different you’ll be reading drawings, planning your approach, and seeing projects through from start to finish.
- Quality welding: You’ll lay down welds you can actually be proud of, with the time and equipment to do the job right.
- Working with a solid team: You’ll collaborate with other tradespeople who take their work as seriously as you do.
What We’re Looking For
- Trade-qualified Boilermaker or a strong workshop welder with solid fabrication experience.
- Proven fabrication skills you know how to work with structural steel and produce quality results.
- Ability to read drawings and work independently once you know what’s needed.
- Pride in your work you care about weld quality and finishing jobs properly.
- Reliability and good attitude easy to work with, shows up ready to go, and fits in with the team.
