Key Responsibilities

You’ll be part of a busy team covering a variety of tasks across our client sites. Day to day, you might be:

  • Operating and assisting with vacuum truck units for industrial and civil applications
  • Undertaking high-pressure water blasting tasks to clean and maintain equipment, pipelines, and infrastructure
  • Supporting industrial technicians with hands-on tasks, equipment preparation, and site setup
  • Working safely in challenging environments, following strict health and safety protocols at all times
  • Maintaining equipment and keeping your work areas clean, organised, and job-ready
  • Helping out where needed—this is a crew that pitches in together to get the job done

Qualifications

We’re looking for people with the right attitude above all else. You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Are reliable, punctual, and take pride in showing up ready to work
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude and are willing to help where needed—no job is beneath you
  • Are physically fit and comfortable with manual, hands-on work outdoors
  • Work well as part of a team and take direction when needed
  • Are eligible to work in New Zealand

Bonus points if you hold:

  • Confined Space Entry certification
  • Working at Heights certification
  • Any experience in vacuum truck, hydro-excavation, or industrial cleaning roles
  • A Class 2–4 driver’s licence (or higher)

If you don’t have tickets but have the right attitude, we’ll invest in getting you trained.
