Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the comprehensive cleaning of various commercial properties, ensuring every task meets our strict quality benchmarks. Your duties will include:
- Performing detailed vacuuming of carpets, curtains, and upholstered furniture.
- Dusting, polishing, and cleaning all furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Managing waste removal, including rubbish and recyclables, and emptying all containers.
- Stripping, re-waxing, and polishing hard floors to maintain a high-gloss finish.
- Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and laundry areas, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues.
- Operating industrial cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers, safely and effectively.
- Cleaning ceilings, walls, overhead pipes, and light fixtures to remove dust and cobwebs.
- Using appropriate acids, solvents, and cleaning agents to remove stubborn stains and dirt from various surfaces.
- Performing deep cleaning tasks on machinery, tanks, and other industrial surfaces as required.
- Adhering strictly to all company policies, especially Quality Assurance and Occupational Health & Safety procedures.
Qualifications

- Proven prior experience in commercial, industrial, or detailed cleaning is essential.
- A current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with an efficient and accurate approach to all tasks.

- Must have full availability to work weekends and nights as required by the roster.
